Had an ok experience at this restaurant. I think they get quite a few tourists as they have their menu in Japanese and English. They accept credit cards, including American Express. We did not drive there so I'm not sure about parking, but they're definitely wasn't any parking right outside the restaurant because the street was pretty narrow. We got a private room to sit in for the two of us. Service was difficult. I mean in terms of communication. If you have any questions or if you want to make any changes, we found it very difficult to communicate with the server we had that night. We were told to pre-order if we wanted certain kinds of dinners though. I can't remember if we actually needed to because I'm pretty sure we went with the standard one but upgraded to a better cut. It would have gotten a higher rating if there wasn't so much sinew in the beef. The price also was up there since we upgraded. So my expectations were also higher because of that.
