The food and staff were both fantastic. The only negative I can think of is the curtain dividing between my group and another was a bit distracting. The staff are very polite, kind and professional. The food is amazing, each course enhances your appetite more and more until your main which was the Kobe beef for me, and it was the best beef I’ve ever had the pleasure to taste. There was a variety of ways to eat it. Plain, with salt and wasabi, with soy sauce or with bbq sauce. My favorite is with the wasabi and salt which removes the stringency of the wasabi (this is real wasabi) and was left with an almost sweetness and rich umami. I can go on forever but overall it was the truly a pleasure to experience.
